The Beginning

From Passion to Perfection

I started baking mooncakes a few years back and got a bit obsessed. Cinnamon rolls came later. I kept tweaking the dough, the filling, the frosting until they became the thing people kept asking me to make again.

Every batch is made fresh in my kitchen in District 7, packaged up and shipped to you the next day. Small batches on purpose. It's the only way to keep them good.

From selecting the finest ingredients to the final touch of frosting, every step is done by hand. We don't rush. The dough needs time to rest — good things take time.
